About Bakeology.....

Hello, the name is Samantha but my friends call me Cheffer! I was born and baked in Cleveland, Ohio. As you can already tell, I have a knack for baking. I started baking ages ago... well at the age of 5 to be exact. From there on I have been working all throughout the culinary industry from line chef to executive pastry chef to decorator to recently starting beginning sommelier... I even just recently finished my Bachelors degree from Johnson and Wales University... so I may know a bit about desserts! I'm a proven fact that you can accomplish a lot if you pour your heart into it. But enough about me....

Bakeology was established to share recipes, techniques and tutorials involving everything baking. Bakology is about networking with fellow bakeologists and sharing our passion throughout the digital world. This isn't your typical food blog with recipes this is an opportunity to share my passion with those who also have a similar passion.
